We collect personal information only when you choose to give it to us:

  • Contact and lead forms (contact page, "stay in the loop" newsletter signup, and campaign or event offer forms): name, email address, phone number, the service you are interested in, preferred time, and any message you type.
  • Phone, text or email when you reach out to us directly.
  • Usage data collected automatically by our analytics tools (see Cookies and Analytics below), such as pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser type, and the campaign or QR code that brought you to the site.

We do not operate user accounts or social sign-in on this website.

3. How we use it

  • To respond to your inquiry, schedule or confirm consultations and appointments, and follow up on an offer you asked about.
  • To send newsletters or promotions when you have opted in. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in the email or by contacting us.
  • To understand how visitors find and use our website and which marketing (including vehicle and print QR codes) is working.

4. Cookies and analytics

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies:

  • Analytics cookies set by Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics to measure site traffic and marketing performance. Google's handling of this data is described in Google's privacy policy.
  • First-party attribution cookies set when you arrive via one of our QR codes or campaign links, so we can tell which code or campaign led to a visit or inquiry. These hold a campaign identifier, not your identity.
  • Google Maps may set cookies when the interactive map on our location page loads.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site will still work.

5. Third-party services

We rely on a small number of service providers to run the website and the spa:

  • Mangomint powers our online booking (booking.mangomint.com). Information you enter while booking, including payment details, is collected by Mangomint under its own privacy policy and is not stored on this website.
  • Cherry provides the optional payment-plan application on our payment plans page under Cherry's own terms and privacy policy.
  • SendGrid delivers the emails we send you.
  • Supabase hosts the secure database where form submissions are stored.
  • Vercel hosts this website; Ghost hosts our blog content and images.
  • Google (Tag Manager, Analytics, Maps) as described above.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

6. Retention

We keep form submissions and inquiry records for as long as needed to serve you and to keep reasonable business records, and we delete them on request. Analytics data is retained according to Google Analytics' settings.

7. Your choices and rights

  • Ask us what information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing info@beautyfreakspa.com.
  • Unsubscribe from marketing email at any time.
  • Decline cookies in your browser.

8. Security

Form data is transmitted over HTTPS and stored in access-controlled systems. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.

9. Children

Our website is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

10. Changes

We will post any changes to this policy on this page and update the date above.
